Community Skate Manager
Teach skaters of every age and run the Love in Motion skate rental program in Puerto Viejo. We bring the brand, the gear and the playbook — you share in every session and every rental.
Why this role
The movement has grown bigger than one pair of skates. You lead on the ground — Love in Motion brings the brand, the gear, the playbook and the community behind you.
The role
Community Skate Manager · Teach · Rent
One person who brings Love in Motion to life on wheels. You’ll teach skaters of every age, host skate parties across Puerto Viejo and the surrounding areas, and run our skate rental program as a smooth, five-star experience — with renters coming to you.
Teaching

- Lead learn-to-skate workshops for kids and adults
- Run skill sessions for people who already know how

- Mentor young skaters and keep every session safe and welcoming
Rentals
Skates · Gear · Pickup & drop-off
- Manage the skate and protective-gear fleet
- Run a pickup & drop-off point so renters come to you
- Fit skates, check gear and give a quick safety briefing
- Clean, maintain and track every pair
- Handle bookings, deposits and payments
- Deliver to hotels and venues — if you have transportation
Who you are
- A proficient skater, comfortable teaching on quad skates
- Patient, upbeat and great with kids and families
- Organised, trustworthy and customer-first
- Reliable — you show up, set up and follow the playbook
- Based in or near Puerto Viejo de Talamanca
- Transportation is a plus, not a must
